Short story
"Close your eyes" our teacher said
"Then make your own dream" she added
Following her instruction, we all closed our eyes
"Now open your eyes Mr. Alvarez, what was your dream?"
"I dreamed of myself being successful Doctor Ma'am"
She asked the same question to my classmate.
"How about you Mr. Ledesma?"
I gulped, he's my crush
"I dreamed of being an Engineer Ma'am, he calmly uttered"
My teacher nodded
"Miss Monteverde?"
I smiled widely as i stood up
"I dreamed of being a wife of an Engineer Ma'am"
I looked at my crush, he's staring at me blankly
"Ayiieeee!"
"Medyo maharot Anica HAHAHA"
The room was filled with their noise
My crush stood up, making them all silent
He slowly walk toward me
"Anica" he said when he's finally infront of me
"Uh.."
He leaned closer to my ear to whisper something
I bit my lower lip
"Umayos ka mag pinsan tayo"
