The Mayweather Boxing 🥊 Fitness Studio Manager needs to be passionate about health, wellness and helping others achieve their fitness goals, looking to give every effort to deliver a first-class and five star experience to our members. As the studio manager, you need to be driven to achieve predetermined goals and not make excuses. We need you dominating in sales, and out in the field putting on top-notch event shows. You should be solution-oriented, accept winning humbly and take loses as an opportunity to learn and improve. You need to be a team builder with a track record of success, serve as a mentor to staff, while being knowledgeable about competition and what is happening around your business. You’re community minded and know how to build relationships outside of the actual business. You are at the top of your game in membership sales and you have the background and experience to prove it. You must be “the obvious choice.”
