Meg just spent four months working on the FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament and We The West Basketball Festival. More good stuff coming. More basketball, more murals, more of Meg pretending she knows about team sports.

We have been working with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Cowichan Valley on a recruitment video for the Seniors for Kids program.

It has been remarkable to see the impact that the mentoring has on the kids in the program as well as the joy it brings the mentors.

It's for sure a feel-good project all around.

Last night we set Hannah up for a live media conference at the Nanaimo Museum for Tourism Nanaimo & Tourism Vancouver Island.

Hannah managed to do an entire presentation on the Nanaimo Bar, while standing right beside fresh ones without giving in. Will power.
