Each year we publish a magazine complete with poetry, short stories, and artwork. We accept any and all creative writing or artistic renderings. If you're interested in being a part of the magazine, whether behind the scenes or in print, send us an email at [email protected]. Submissions Guidelines:

Up to seven pieces of poetry and three short stories (of no more than 10 pages each) can be submitted

as a .doc file

Any and all artwork, preferably a high-quality photo or scan, can be submitted. Keep your originals for your Mom's fridge or your bedroom wall. Please include your name as you would like to see it printed, your anticipated graduation year, and an email address you check regularly.

To introduce our 2011-2012 print edition of The Grackle, we will be holding a launch party tomorrow (Monday) April 30, 2012 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the social room!

The Grackle will be facilitating the projection of a select few pieces throughout the room. All are welcome to have a look around! We thank you for all of your patience with publication!

For the past six years, the West Chester University Poetry Center has held the annual Iris N. Spencer Poetry Awards.
