Applications are invited from suitably qualified, self-driven, results oriented, and well experienced citizens of Botswana for the below listed Botswana Prison Service posts.

Senior Assistant Commissioner - Reintegration and Community Corrections

*Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Adult Education, Community Development and any other related field
*Master’s degree will be an added advantage
*At least 14 years’ experience in related field, two (2) years of which must have been served at E2 salary scale or equivalent.

Assistant Commissioner - Finance

I helped 61 people with applications for Officer Cadet position. Fifty Four (54) have been shortlisted. Only Seven(7) people are not shortlisted. Win rate for the application is 88%.

When I say I know what I'm doing I mean this. I saw an increase compare to last year's win rate which was 79%.
