Itโs been a while since I gave you an update on my gym programme and hopefully weight loss, Iโve forgotten what week it is due to Christmas and new year shenanigans but Iโm pleased to say:

The stats:

Iโve lost 5kg
โ
Iโve lost 14.5 inches from my body in total
โ
My running base speed has increased
โ
Iโve noticed definition in my arms ๐ช
โฆ.and although thatโs great thereโs a bigger win:

Working with has so many positives:

itโs taught me more about fuelling my body properly

Iโve felt more confident

I have more energy and not burning myself out due to over exercise and eating junk food

Iโve appreciated what my body can do
And that to me is the biggest wins of all. Now the photo shoot is booked and the hard work continues and I am loving it!!
