On chilly mornings, Georgia O’Keeffe could be seen enjoying breakfast before exploring the canyons and the painted cliffs. O’Keeffe’s treks through remote landscapes during day trips and longer camping trips fueled her adventurous spirit and inspired hundreds of paintings of the nature around her.
‘O’Keeffe in the Landscape’ is currently on view at the O’Keeffe Welcome Center in Abiquiú, New Mexico, through April 1, 2023.
