Half-yearly immaterial review on Performance, Journal is presented as a solo performance, consisting of a series of articles, in which a variety of contributors from the performance field take part : spectators, artists, curators, critics, performers or theorists. It is this diversity of tone, state and performative writing that Journal seeks through these contributions. It will first be presented
as a performance which will group all the articles of the Issue. Thereafter, the articles can be presented individually. Journal explores the specificity of performance as the production of knowledge and experience to be preserved without reaching a physical object.
Each half-year, Journal will elaborate a specific look at a set of events relating to the notion of Performance occurring during elapsed time between two numbers.
