Why you should train your "Discipline" muscle and push your limit.

Most guys keep saying “I will train tomorrow” or “I will start next year”, and then they spend another day scrolling…

And it’s easy to just spend most of your free time scrolling like most people do… Especially when you’re surrounded by very average people like this.

Today, I made a new Personal Record on my Weighted Dips: +37.5kg additional weight, 5 reps 2 sets. I always push myself beyond my limit.

When you challenge yourself in your fitness journey, everything else improves too. You realize you can do anything if you keep pushing your limits. Those who keep raising the bar for themselves excel in EVERY aspect of life.

Being in shape is not just about building muscle. It's about being Disciplined, taking good care of yourself, and having a FOREVER plan of progression. A lifelong commitment.

Do what you need to do regardless of how you feel.
