DONE! Another week for 2022 in the books! Time to take some inventory and start making adjustments for next week. You should always set goals for week and make sure everything that you do everyday will assist you with meeting those goals. Get you a white board or poster board. Write it down and post it where you can see it daily. Use this a reminder that “You’ve got work to do”

Believe in yourself and you can conquer anything! It's easy to get caught up in self-doubt, but with the right mindset, you can overcome any challenge. Here are three ways that I support myself mentally:

Positive self-talk: When negative thoughts start creeping in, I remind myself of my strengths and accomplishments. I focus on the things that I'm good at and use that confidence to tackle whatever comes my way.

Self-care: Taking care of myself physically and mentally is crucial for maintaining a positive attitude. I make sure to get enough sleep, exercise regularly, and do things that make me happy, like reading a good book or spending time with friends.

Setting achievable goals: I break down big goals into smaller, more manageable steps. This helps me stay motivated and focused on what I can accomplish in the present moment.

When making and completing a “Things to do list”, here are 2 things you should remember: Never add something to the list if everything isn’t complete. And always make the list realistic. Too many things on the list is overload and nothing gets done.

Maybe you're too busy.

You've got a lot on your plate and it's hard for you to find time in the day where writing can happen without being interrupted by phone calls or meetings constantly popping up as soon as they are finished with one thing before getting onto another completely different setlist but still leaving no room at all left over whatsoever (and we know how much space there always seems like). It might be worth considering hiring a ghostwriter....
