Lazaro "Laz" Tomas Vasquez Figueredo; owner of Upholstery by laz spotted living only 100 meters away from an elementary school. Laz, who is currently in tramite for permanent citizenship in Costa Rica is Wanted in Florida for failing to report as a s*x offender.
