Come join us tomorrow for some pony bead crafts at the Albany Public Library! From 2-4pm, we'll be there helping folks of all ages make bugs and insects out of pipe cleaners and pony beads! 🐞🐛📚

Donations for have been given to the folks in charge to disperse in the community! Thanks to , we were able to donate a 10 pack of sleeping bags! 💤

Other items donated include:
- Bulk single-serving snacks
- Two cases of water bottles & a box of Capri-Sun
- Toothbrushes, toothpastes, and mouth wash
- Clothing and accessories
- Zines, stickers, and community resources
And other odds and ends that folks or organizers may need!

We did it, folks! Our pride month fundraiser for , , and has come to a close! A huge thank you to everyone who donated and supported during June, whether it was online or in-person during Albany Pride*, we can't thank y'all enough! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

We've sent 💸 over to and this morning, and this upcoming week we'll be getting our physical donations (the sleeping bags from & other items collected by our team members) over to the folks at . 🇵🇸🍉🌈📦

Black Americans, especially those in and near Texas, have celebrated Juneteenth since 1866. But for millions of Americans, this annual commemoration is new. Juneteenth isn't taught in most schools because it doesn't fit the mainstream narrative of our nation's independence and highlights our dark past. Even many Black Americans, who have been denied their history, are learning today.

🎉 Oregonians can now celebrate Juneteenth in many ways; has held Portland’s annual citywide Juneteenth celebration since 1972. The day includes a parade, live music, food, 🧡cultural exhibitions, community resources and more!

🐎 We're SO thrilled about Oregon's newest rodeo ! The Juneteenth Rodeo introduces Pacific Northwest youth to Black cowboy tradition, athleticism, and grit. This year will be their second year of operation!

It is pride month! Here at Sick Town we celebrate Pride on a daily basis: roller derby is an amazingly inclusive sport, filled with skaters from all walks of life and is a safe place for LGBTQIA+ skaters, sports fans and their allies.

Find us at Pride celebrations this month and grab one of these beautiful stickers for your water bottle or bumper!

We will be in Philomath on June 15th for their 3rd annual pride celebration and parade. 12-4!
