In a recently leaked tape during a hearing in the Philippines House of Representative about To***co Harm Reduction, one WHO scientist (Dr. Ranti Fayukon) stated that v***r technology was safer than smoking ci******es & "I am not concerned about smokers".

The UN's World Health Organization (WHO) projected over one billion people will die worldwide from a smoking-related illness. Dr. Ranti Fayukon is a leading scientist at WHO's To***co Control group.

Question: Why do you think teen smoking rates have dropped so significantly over the past 9 years? Australia was once the leader in reducing smoking prevalence.

Penny Artalejo was in the ICU after taking 20 pain pills due to extreme anxiety related to pain and nausea from a aggravated neck injury.
