without analytics, we're just guessing. reviewing your insights regularly helps you determine the specific topics and types of content your audience enjoyed the most, so you can make more of it. the more often you share content your audinece loves, the faster you'll grow.

bonus tip: it can be easy to mistake low quality content and a shadow-ban. here's how the TT algorithm works...
they show your content to 200 people and based on its performance, they'll show it to 200 more people, and so on. if you don't receive enough engagement or a high enough view length, it won't get pushed out to more viewers.
shadow-banned or not, focus on making high-quality content that will resonate with your audience while following the platform guidelines. tiktok's community guidelines are available on the tiktok website.

arguably the two most important factors for a successful career in content creation:
consistency & fun!

not usually a fan of , but here's why I think this has worked for me...
tiktok's notifs strategy → tiktok wants you to spend more time on the app, so after closing it, they try to entice you to come back with notifications of follows, likes, and comments from your recent post.
peace of mind → staying on the app after you post makes it easier to obsess about the stats of your post. 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘪𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵 𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘳? 𝘪𝘵 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘴 𝘣𝘺 𝘯𝘰𝘸. 𝘸𝘩𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘤𝘬 𝘢𝘵 𝘟 𝘯𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘷𝘪𝘦𝘸𝘴? posting and leaving it be lets you relax about the numbers and get back to your life.

Being your own boss means travel WHENEVER... but what if it's hard to stay motivated while traveling? I've been to Paris, London, Guatemala, New Orleans, New York City, and California so far this year and feel like I've created a great system for keeping myself on track when I have to work from the road, but still want to live life and enjoy the present moment. Here are my best tips... ✈️ Block off a few hours each day to crank out some work, but then shut your laptop, turn off your notifs, and ENJOY your trip. Working from anywhere does not mean that work should take over your vacations! ✈️ Work can make you feel like you're missing out on the vacation part of your vacation, so get out of the room! I love to find lil coffee shops to work in on vacay, but even your hotel lobby works! Switching up the scenery can help you maintain that "vacation mode." (Psst... make sure to let your travel buddy know when you're working so you'll all be on the same page!) ✈️ If you have routines at home, try to maintain those routines while traveling. If you typically walk your pup in the A.M., take a solo stroll each morning. Can't miss your morning coffee? Stop by that cute cafe you spotted! And the most important one... REMEMBER TO ENJOY YOUR TRAVELS! Actually relax!! Experience life!!! Work will ALWAYS be there for you when you get home, embrace the moment and be fully present in your travels.
