We are so excited to welcome Judy Grupenhoff to The Messy Mezzo podcast. Kasey and Danielle catch up about the messiness in their lives and then we hear from Judy.

Judy Grupenhoff, MEd, NBC-HWC, holds graduate degrees in nutrition and counseling psychology, specializing in the practical application of neuroscience and the change process. She is an Integrative Wellness Coach, trained at Duke Integrative Medicine, as well as a HeartMath® Certified Practitioner and Trainer and a certified provider of the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP).

Judy has worked with hundreds of adults and teens who struggle with anxiety, self-critical thinking, and stress-related health issues as a mental health coach on an integrative care team in a family medical practice, at an in-patient adolescent psychiatric facility teaching resilience skills, and in private practice. Her passion is helping individuals “get their hands on the controls” of the nervous system so they can live with greater power, peace, and self-compassion.
