>>High visibility for pedestrian and bicycle crossing in areas that are far away from regular traffic signals.
>>Reduces delays for drivers as vehicles are allowed to proceed when the lights are flashing, and the crosswalk is clear. The average delay is less than 30 seconds if drivers follow the instructions.
