Bodoland's boy Halicharan Narzary affirmed the triumph of Hyderabad FC against Kerala FC on 20 March by scoring the last goal on penalty shoot and lifting the championships trophy of 2021-22 at the PJN Stadium in Fatorda, Goa.
Hyderabad FC transcended the clamor to beat Kerala 3-1 in a harrowing penalty shootout after goalkeeper Laxmikant Kattimani saved three strong penalties and assisted his group with winning in the tiebreaker.
For Hyderabad, Joao Victor, Khassa Camara and Halicharan Narzary scored while just Ayush Adhikari found the target in the shoot-out as Kerala languished heart-break over the third time in the finals. On the finals, when Halicharan Narzary's spot kick sent Kerala goalkeeper Prabhsukhan Gill the other way, the Hyderabad recovered and allies at the stands ejected with euphoria while it was deplorability for the enthusiastic Kerala fans as onlookers got back to the arena to watch an ISL match following two years.
