When you have leftover pork belly from the previous days cook, what do you do with it? Slice it up and fry it like bacon on your blackstone of course! *pro tip, if you want it to taste more like bacon after frying it, pour a bunch of salt on it. Helps bring out those bacon like flavors.

My god y’all. These were sooo good and tasted VERY similar to ribs, just a little off on my ratios. Went a little too heavy on the pepper and their all purpose. The secret ingredient though, that was dang near spot on. Little more testing and I’ll be ready to make a video revealing what I’ve figured out so that you can make your own Goldees ribs at home or at least as close to it as I can figure out.

Working on getting that secret recipe down! There’s probably one or two more secrets to their method but I’m confident I’ve figured out an ingredient they omit when talking about what they do to em, and it’s not in their all purpose rub (which I did use on these).
