Happy New Year 🥳

I wanted to thank you all for your support over the last year (since starting the pod in February 2023) if it was t for all of you (guests and listeners) we wouldn’t be building the community that we are and it really is a special place to be.

When we met at Uni 18 years ago, neither of us would have guessed that 9 years later we would be married and go on to have three beautiful girls ❤️

I love you so much , I’m so proud of the life we have built together and couldn’t imagine my life with out you.

Having been a primary school teacher before opening her beautiful indie bookshop, Tash was able to give her insights from the perspective of being both a parent and a teacher,

Today we spent the afternoon at near Colchester watching the most wonderful performance of a contemporary ballet all about the life of Florence Nightingale.

Performed by and directed by the fabulous this show and it’s original score we’re moving, highly descriptive using excerpts from Florence’s own diaries, easy to follow and at only one hour was perfect for the whole family.

The weather wasn’t on our side, but everything was moved into the barn, which actually made it more special with the fairy lights twinkling above.

If you do have a chance to catch the show at some of its remaining dates do make sure to book tickets, I’d highly recommend it, well done to everyone involved 🙌🙌🙌

I saw this on Instagram and thought it was a lovely idea.

But I did wonder, if you saw someone with a ribbon on those bag and you did feel lost, depressed, overwhelmed etc… would you approach them?
