Next, you start reinstalling fixtures up top. We opted to replace both skylights, two of three fans, and the sewer vents. You caulk the side rails , paint the product over , then around each fixture. After the new fixtures are installed, you caulk the edges of the appliances (not the acs) you cover the seams with the fabric, then paint in the sealant . Lastly today. I rolled out the rest of the second of three coats . This layer is grey, the next layer will be white, this helps you know you have full coverage since the colors are different 🙂 getting closer!!

Mikes putting air bags on the Chevy to help with the suspension. The trailer had the same axles as the fifth wheel and can hold 14k lb, but the truck is squatting when loaded and bouncy when the trailer is empty. This should help but I bet he ends up doing add always too , we shall see. :)

Brought in a load of dirt today before the rain came in. Grateful we found a family who needs to get rid of some dirt ! Yay!

Work has resumed ! We are back in Texas to work on the property again. We are creating an rv property from scratch . Follow along . Beginning of day two replacing the roof on the grand design. Our 2020 GD Solitude is t leaking but we want a maintenance free roof . Mike is installing an RV Armor roof with my help. Day 1, we removed all the dicor and today, day two, we are beginning to remove the rooftop appliances for the replacement. #rvlife
