Not music related, approve post or don't, but with Christmas around the corner the stress people undertake can be massive.

We love our music and alot of us have or do consume "stimulants" and possibly hide suffering. I published a book of my own experiences dealing with mental health which to me is a major thing as a music artist and author.

I hope you all have someone you can talk too if you are ever in a position of hurt.
