Do It Scared. Like when you were learning to walk or to ride a bike. You were scared but you kept practicing and moving skill needle forward. Now you can run and jump with confidence. Doing something new is always going to be scary. You will fail. Get used to that. The failures however are just lessons that teach you the best way for you to do something successfully. Be open and coachable but sometimes you have to take what you learn and make/discover your own way. Everyone didn’t learn to walk or ride their bike the same way. They looked and learned what they could and they put it to practice.

Trick Question. Most people already have a reasonable idea of their worth. They are just afraid to go for it or ask for it. This goes for negotiation of your pay if you’re an employee or asking a certain price for your product and services if you’re a entrepreneur. Bible says Jesus could do no miracles in His hometown because they had no faith\belief. As starting entrepreneurs typically find out to their dismay those closest to you won’t sort you either transactional you or emotionally. You have to go out to the world and let them tell you if what you provide has value since they will be more unbiased that you boy/girl you grew up with and ran the block with. Not everyone can afford you or should afford you. Get your worth!!!
