🎈It’s BUMP-day! You know what that means…
We Bump Posts for each other!!

When I was a social retailer we used to have this thing we did called “bumping posts.”
If our FB sales groups were slow and felt stale, or if we had new items posted and nobody was commenting on or buying our beautiful items,
🦗🦗🦗we would reach out to our social seller friends and ask for assistance.

When we needed some interaction stirred up to awaken the “algorithm” within our sales groups to get some eyes on our posts, we would go to our group chat and say “Hey can anybody come bump my posts please?”

A group chat = a FB chat that has typically has a group of 5-15 other social sellers that are friends and similar to each other, they have an agreement to collaborate and assist one another in terms of support and marketing assistance. It’s basically a YOU SCRATCH MINE AND I SCRATCH YOURS type of set up.

So then everybody from that chat who was available would go to the other persons group and comment on as many of their posts as they could. By doing this the interactions within our groups often increased, our items were seen by more members of our audience, and the boost of participation was often enough to “wake up” our group and get more likes👍 and ❤️’s and to jumpstart more 🗣️ comments and conversations.

And you know what this means right?
Mission accomplished!
We were often times able to successfully blow some wind into another retailers sails (or sales 😂 ) just by commenting authentically on their posts and drumming up traffic for them.

THIS IS HOW WE AS SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS can support each other. Form those bonds, develop these sort of arrangements with each other. Help each others pages and content become relevant by COMMENTING AND INTERACTING.

This is exactly why people make those posts that say “advertise your business here.” They are encouraging YOU to comment on THEIR post to make themselves more relevant and more visible to their audience. They are expanding their reach every single time somebody advertises their business on that post.
SAME IDEA!!

A bunch of silent followers bring no value, but a bunch of comments and interactions on your posts will bring traction and reach🙌🏻

So let’s be intentional with this and see what happens shall we?

Let’s talk digital products.
So many people hear the term “digital product” and then they automatically tune out because they are intimidated by the sound of anything and everything DIGITAL.
I assure you that digital products are quite simple to create and are very useful. Especially as a way for small businesses to add another income source to their already established businesses.

▪️Let me give you an example▪️
If you are a Fitness Trainer;
you probably help people achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized exercise programs, guidance on proper nutrition, and motivation.

How can a Fitness Trainer make extra income through the use of digital products?
Fitness trainers can create and sell digital products to supplement their income in various ways:

1. **Online Workout Programs:** Develop and sell comprehensive workout programs that clients can follow independently at home, offering flexibility beyond in-person sessions.

Reviews are necessary for small businesses.
I know that for me personally, I look at the reviews about 75% of the time before I purchase something.
Do you check reviews? Sometimes? Never? Always?

So it took me a bit to figure out, but I finally found it. It used to be easier to find on pages, but alas…
How to leave a positive review for a business:
1. Go to their page and click “about”
2. Click “rating”
3. Leave review where prompted.

Drop your IG handle if you have one!

I actually have 2 IG accounts that I post on. I spend most of my time here on Facebook as of recently but I have these IG accounts established because YOU SHOULD ALWAYS HAVE A BACK UP ACCOUNT on another platform. Should something bizarre happen on your main platform you won’t have to start over from ground ZERO if you at least have an account established and ready to grow when needed.
