Hi Everyone! Welcome to the Changing Your Pattern Podcast's FB page! A podcast all about conducting leadership. This project started as part of my doctoral research at Arizona State University, and I'm excited to share there that the project is finished and will begin to be released next week! Check back here for some sneak peaks and to hear some spectacular conversations with Season 1 guests:
