URGENT HIRE!!

Tasks:
-Spreadsheet and organization. I have one built.
-Podcast edit
-Podmatch communication to guests
-Add the blog post to Wordpress and schedule
-Upload the podcast from the editor and add a description
-Schedule the social media (Twitter, IG, and Facebook) - I use Business Suite to post and schedule
-Create LinkedIn Article and publish it (This will from the blog post)
-Create graphic for SNS and LinkedIn cover from the template in Canva
-Send the guest an email (have a template) with the link to podcast, link to blog, and social media images.

Qualifications:
I would prefer someone who is kind, is sure of themselves, likes creativity, and is fine with all of life, including sexuality, sensuality, etc.

How to consistently publish a podcast episode?

With all your responsibilities as a business owner, a mom, and a content creator, maintaining a podcast can be overwhelming.

There's your VA who wanted you to check about something, a child who needed your attention, content that you cannot find time to create, etc. All are depleting your energy. Terrible right?

But here are 3 things you can do to stick with your podcast publishing.

1. Plan out your content
- Have a list of topics you wanted to discuss. Write them in Google docs, bullet points your key pointers, and take note of the CTAs you wanted to use.

2. Batch Record
-Nothing beats "Batching". Decide what day is the best for you to batch record your content.

3. Stick to a schedule
-To stick to a schedule and not burn out, make sure that you only do "recording" during batch record and NOTHING ELSE. Ask your family to give you some quiet time and decide how many episodes to record to avoid straining your voice.

A gentle reminder to all the "FABULOUS" podcasters and content creators out there, struggling doesn't mean failing.

How many times have you promised that you will publish content today? Or you'll record an episode today? How many times have you promised yourself that you'll be consistent in your podcast? But then, something happened and you're out of track again.

I want you to know that you are doing great and that you are not alone. Remember that we all have a life outside our careers and we have our own unique experiences, so if you ever fall back from schedule, don't think that you're not making progress. YOU ARE DOING GREAT.

You are amazing! Look at you being an entrepreneur, a podcaster, a mom, a friend, a sister, a wife, not all can do that. It takes
superpower to do all of that.

I understand your struggle and if ever you feel like giving up, try to look at your surroundings, the people you inspire, your listeners, what they say about your podcast, the value they got from your content, how you change their lives- why you do what you do? Read through it and you'll see that you're already making something extraordinary!

Do you need a website for your podcast?

If you already have a website, set up a podcast page in there.

Although having a podcast page is not necessary, there are lots of advantages of having a podcast page such as more discoverability as it helps with SEO.

You would want to give your podcast a proper home (not only in your podcast host) where your listeners can go to, feel welcome, know more about you, and the added value you can give them. And where can you do that best? Of course, on your own website!

So you want to start a podcast, want to DIY it even. But you still got questions about it that you need answers.

Here are some of the questions I encountered with my clients when launching a podcast.

1. Do I need to buy an expensive microphone to start?
- Nope. As much as the microphone's quality is important for best audio, your location also matters. Start with what you have or can afford for now and make ways to lessen the room noise. You can be as creative as you want for this!

2. What tools can I use to record my audio?
- There are many! Zoom, zencastr, riverside, garageband, and more

3. Can I now upload it to Apple and Spotify?
- Yes, of course! But you need a hosting platform first. You can choose Libsyn, Buzzprout, Captivate, etc.

4. How long does it take to Launch a podcast?
-- We give our clients a 4-week timeline to launch a podcast. This includes the recordings, editing, and promotion.

Hi I'm Jane and that's all. 🤣 Lol. Who among you here lost their thoughts too when asked to introduce themselves?

On any other day, I would have immediately talk about things I can help you with, my services. But hey, it's already the new year and it's the new me. I'll be following me, my intuition from now on. 😎

And it's telling me to truly be myself. So I want you to know me on a deeper level. Allow me to introduce myself again. I'm Jane and I super love my name and here are things I used to hate about myself that I love now.

1. My name. 😂
I mean, who loves a very simple, 4-letter name?? I used to think that maybe there's something wrong because out of all my siblings, I'm the only one who has the shortest name. But as I discover more about myself, I realized that my name suits me very well. It's simple, sophisticated, and mysterious. 😉

2. I don't have the ability to judge people.
When I was younger, I used to envy people who judge others easily. I used to envy their great resolve and think that they have such very strong principles in life. But as I grow older, I discover that I can never have that quality as I am a very open-minded person and would only judge a person based on her attitude towards me and not on what others say about them. Plus, I tend to change perspective based on the given situation and reasons.

3. Being so kind, trusting, and forgiving to a fault.
Lol. I remember, my husband used to scold me because I am just too kind that I even can't recognize if I'm already being taken for granted. 😆 And even recently, I almost lost my source of income because I trust a stranger too much again.

If I were still the old me, I would have hated myself and thought of these self-sabotaging thoughts. But now, I just laugh it out, embrace, accept that these qualities are a part of me. It is who I am so I just have to be more careful next time.

One of my biggest concerns, when I started my podcast business and use social media to generate leads, is being my authentic self.

I've asked lots of people about what should I do about it and most of their reply is, "I should separate my business from my personal life," which I think is partly true. However, it only made me confused, limited my ability, and stops me from being consistent in my content.

It made me think that I should create this other persona, "the professional one," to build brand awareness, gain likes, and for clients to like me, that I should only post and talk about podcasts ALL THE F TIME but I feel suffocated about it.

I did not niche down to podcast because it's the trend. My reason for choosing podcast as my main service is much deeper than that and has nothing to do about the trend. 👊

So for the past weeks, I asked myself, why can't I talk about it? Why would I stop myself from posting about my thoughts, realizations, and my experience when it's the one that lead me to podcast? 🤷

I'm a big believer in the universe, the law of attraction, and do decision-making based on my intuition.

And as I posted a while back, podcasting is not for everybody, the same as one marketing strategy doesn't work for everybody. And not being my authentic self in my business will not work for me and will deplete my energy. And energy is everything to me. 🥺

So for tonight and this year 2022, I decided to only follow what I think is right for me and my business.

And that is to build connections authentically.
