About last night 🏆 🌟

We were totally thrilled to be awarded the Special Jury Prize. 💙

To be on the same stage as such incredible talent and have the opportunity to share what we do with a room full of brilliant people was truly special.

We thank the British Independent Film Awards team for their generosity, commitment and outstanding event management. There will be many more photos and stories to come!

This one cuts too deep and this one has been a hard one to face. The world has just lost an amazing human, a beautiful filmmaker, writer and actor, a wonderful father, a real bridge between communities.

Anthony Kwesi Adjekum aka ‘Adjey’ was a dear friend to all of us at Fully Focused, from the founders and senior leadership team through to the young team, a loved and hugely respected mentor, role model, teacher and supporter of emerging talent. His ancestral rise is felt deeply by us all.

His encouragement, kindness and belief in storytelling as a force for positive change will never be forgotten.

Our hearts go out to all his family, friends and everyone whose lives he touched. His legacy will live on through his art and in the people and lives he inspired.

We love ya Adjey, thank you for everything 🙏🏽❤️
