I literally saw a group of about 6 people of multiple ages waiting at an elevator today that all looked like the person in the middle or the 2 on the right.

I had a flash image of what they were going to like in 40 years based off the poor posture they were using while fixated on their screens. Very concerning as we see it all the time in the age of the smart phone.

We must learn how to use the tools of technology in a safe and effective way or it will take over and consume us.
