Holy basil is called the “Queen of Herbs.”One study found that people who took 500 milligrams (mg) of holy basil extract each day felt less anxious, stressed, and depressed. People also felt more social.
The nutritional value is also high, as it contains:

The fig, a member of Mulberry family🌰 It’s highly recommend medicine fruit....
One large, raw fig contains 77,5 percent water, 8 g protein, 2 g fat, 23 mg calcium, 4 mg Iron, 50 IU vitamin A, 2,1 g dietary fiber, 3.8 mcg foliate, 3 mg niacin and 1 mg vitamin C.
It is useful for mental illness if taken regularly and also useful for skin.Their ash, when taken with oil, treats pimple, skin pigmentation and whitens the teeth.It’s prevent bad breath.
In the first quranic verses in the medicinal advantages of the fig are discussed the says, "I Sarwar by the fig and the olive. " (sura no:95, verse no 1). It’s also mentioned in bible.
