After years of delayed charging, I finally repaired the VALEO Alternator in my BMW E90 320d. Total pain to find replacement parts. although it would have been faster to have it sent out to be repaired or to buy a used alternator or even a new one however that's too overpriced. Thereafter following the process of registering the battery essentially resetting the charge on the car to the specs of the battery installed
