I never knew i showed a sign of Atelophonia🤐

Its often referred to as perfectionism. There are days after putting much effort and work to an event or task, I feel its not good enough. For most people, this feeling passes and may never impact their daily living. But for others a fear of Imperfection turns to a phobia that disrupts every part of their life.

This is mostly caused by us setting unrealistic goals and measures. This in a long time would not only affect us but also affect other things that evolve around us,

It's ok to make mistakes and make amends. Avoiding mistakes may never bring the Best out. There's no artist who would draw without a pencil and eraser. The reason for the eraser is to make corrections.

If you Brand hasn't gotten there, don't condemn you. Judging you can break your self esteem.

I really don't know what am doing?

I really do not know what next step to take. I just think am not supposed to be doing this.

I mean, the market is saturated with experts. Who I be for street...no body knows me or my Brand.

What changes?
They move to holding objects to walk. But do you realise all babies do not have same progress but they keep moving which ever way.

DO YOU HAVE A COLOR SCHEME FOR YOUR BRAND???

Brand Colors are not picked because you love that Colour, Colour elicit emotions and feelings, the Colors you used interpret a message to your audience. Colors for Brand can be referred to as unspoken words. There's a story behind every brand or design. This is even more important than the business name.

The Colour you use for your Brand can tell your Niche. The right colour shows off your Brand personality. A brand's colour can either be warm as the Sun or Cool as the Sea, depending on the personality of the brand. Etc

Have you ever wondered why Red is used in some brands? Red signifies Power, Command, Authority.
Green represents Nature, Nurture, Compassion. The colour Blue is used in most financial organisations to denote Stability,Trust, Responsibility.

Knowing your Niche can help you identify what colour should be used. Better still have a conservation with your Graphic designer, do your research?

Does this matter, yes it does. Atleast have an idea snf get it right.

True fact. Its not the Title of your portfolio or the name you choose to call your brand that does the job. Leave all that ceremonies aside.

If you don't know why your on stage then your audience would be confused about you. Make it clear to them what you have to offer to them.

This is the reason I encourage business owners to have a WHY Statement, have a Mission or Vision. When you remember your WHY , other things would fall into place. Trust me on this.

Goals are part of our daily targets, every business/life needs a sense of direction. A clear picture of what should be achieved.
A Smart goal is used to help guide goal setting . In short terms S.M.A.R.T means:

📍S - Specific
📍M- Measurable
📍A - Achievable
📍R - Realistic
📍T - Timely

Our goals should be clearly defined, with specific criteria that measure your progress towards the accomplishment of the goal. Not every goal is achieved at certain levels. When setting goal it should be achievable and relevant to one's purpose with a clearly defined timeline which should include a start date and end date. Fixing a time limit helps to create urgency on the goal.

We seriously do not take care of our Mental health. We consider other ailment as chronic but Mental health is most dangerous.

When you can no longer be conscious of you...when the brain malfunctions what is left of the person.

I am not in any way a Health personality but I have seen first hand what Mental discord is and we daily see it in our society.

But how come it's not really preached. Get checked.... seriously.

Many are having brain or mental disorder without them knowing. You don't have to be on drugs before the brain malfunctions. Unforgiveness, Negative thoughts, Environment, Childhood trauma, Accidents, Unhealthy habits, Isolation, lack of Sleep, Genetics can lead to Mental illness.
