Finding Meaning in Life (Bonus: Art Healing Session)
What is the meaning of life? That is an ancient yet simple question that has puzzled humanity since the time we became self aware of our mortality. It can crop up from time to time, such as when someone on the autism spectrum gets their diagnosis or even before that deals with suffering from every day life.
So join me in a little art healing as we go over such a subject with my own perspective of this gigantic question and see where it leads you.
Thru Autistic Eyes Podcast: Autism and Food Sensitivities
When we think of autism, how many of us think about not just the diet, but possibly how some autistic kids react to different foods? How do we keep them trying new things instead of restricting themselves to just 5 foods? This is what I will be discussing with my next guest J. R. Reed on his food blog that is dedicated to autistic food sensitivities and his own journey on the autism spectrum.
J.R. Reed is an autism self-advocate, speaker, writer, food freak, cookbook fanatic, and Kansas City Barbeque Society judge. After spending many years working in and running restaurant kitchens, he moved to his home kitchen where he worked on perfecting his food creations. Now he’s sharing those recipes and stories on his sensory-friendly food blog, My Autistic Kitchen.
To J.R., food is a blank canvas, and he likes to color outside the lines.
Investing in the Crypto World
When we think of cryptocurrencies, we think of in terms of how we invest in stocks. But is that the only method, or is there more to it? I will be asking my next guest Tucker Bearden on this subject as I learn about how it is used in other ways, as well as reasons some people hesitate from jumping in despite growing popularity with recent national/world events.
Tucker Bearden is a Certified Ziglar Legacy Speaker, Autism Advocate, Best Selling Author and Communications Expert that travels the country inspiring people to take life to another level, while also teaching people how to earn residual returns on their money without the hassle of starting a new business, or learning any complex new skills.
"If you can go out and be the spark that lights the way through the darkness for at least one person a day in any shape, form, or way, it won't matter if your name isn't remembered throughout history or you even get rich in the process, your entire life will have been worth while" - Tucker Bearden
