Therefore, we have been diligently searching for a virtual event platform that not only is user friendly but that also allows attendees a seamless way to enjoy presentations and purchases from vendors. Alabama Vegan Fest is a statewide celebration of a . This event is open to the public. Vegans, Vegetarians, Omnivores and everything in between are welcome - we can't wait to see you there!
All food and other products being exhibited or sold at Alabama Vegan fest to be 100% vegan (no honey, milk, whey, eggs, gelatin, or other animal products), no exceptions. Please help us promote Alabama Vegan fest through your website, newsletters, emails, calendars, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
It is our goal to reduce waste as much as possible in our efforts to be an environmentally responsible event, please consider this when purchasing to-go containers and utensils.
Permits
• All vendors are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary licenses/permits required for them to legally do business at the Alabama Vegan Fest. Vendors are required to report market sales taxes to the state of Alabama, and to the City of Birmingham.
• All vendors are required to email all licenses and permits upon approval as a vendor in the Alabama Vegan Fest.
• All vendors must bring an additional copy of their current licenses/permits with them to Alabama Vegan Fest in case of an on-site inspection.
