*WE NEED TO GIVE OUR CHILDREN THIS PIECE TO READ*.

It takes a *LIFETIME* to realize that one's *DAD WAS THE BEST_*

*WHEN* I WAS *4* years old, I knew my dad to be THE BEST...

*WHEN* I was *6*, I also knew Dad to have known it all...

*WHEN* I was *10* years of age, I knew Dad to be good.

*WHEN* I was *12* years I began to think that Dad wasn't as good as he was when I was a little boy...

*WHEN* I WAS *12* years old, I began discovering him to be more temperamental and strict as never before....

*WHEN* I WAS *16*, I was convinced that he was an old school, and was not up to standard - to the current times we live in....

*WHEN* I turned *18*, I thought Dad was very intolerant and hard to communicate with & also difficult to get along with...

*WHEN I* turned *20*, I realized that he wasn't an easy person, and began wondering how Mom was able to put up with him in all the years of marriage...

*WHEN I* turned *25*, it seemed like he had many objections to everything that I did....

*WHEN I* turned *30*, I was convinced that we were not on the same page, and that nothing would ever please him...

*WHEN I* turned *40*, I then only began to realize how good my upbringing was, and that I should also raise my kids up in the same way...

*WHEN* I was *45*, I started wondering how did Dad ever put up with all the challenges he faced with us whilst we were growing up ...

*WHEN* I became *50*, I realized how difficult it was for Dad to have educated us and trying to instill good manners
in us, thus I began wondering how he managed to tolerate our excesses

*WHEN* I was *55* years of age, I only then started realizing the wisdom & foresight my Dad had of life in getting us to where we are today...

*When* I turned *60*, ONLY then did I eventually realize that *MY DAD WAS THE BEST*

It takes a lifetime to realize the true status of our father. It takes us a lifecycle to really appreciate our father.

Our children are dieing!!😭😭

It is no more news about the ugly and painful death of one of our dear student in ihiagwa secondary School and also a youth of ihiagwa community...

These incidents occurs almost every year and it is now a matter of concern to the youths and the whole present and past students of ihiagwa secondary School

The school and the environment is no longer safe for our children to go to

There are many factors in the school and it's location that is posing a huge threat to the lives of these young children...such are

1....the river surrounding the school premises
I don't know how we want to stop hearing ugly news when we have this river almost all over the school.
Children will keep going there and things will keep happening

2....the forest surrounding the school
This forest poses a huge threat to life because so many hidden activities go on inside these forest during and even after school hours

In this forest,we have cultists who go there to do evil,we have ritualists who go into this forest to do one evil act or the other and I believe such environment is not safe for learning

Sometimes these students come to the class in the morning and what they see in there different classes are Bra, pants, make-ups,weavon,lip stick,condoms to mention but a few,how then do we think these children are still safe in such an encouragement?

3....the erosion is almost wiping off the school
This issue of erosion have been begging attention but sadly it has been seriously overlooked and allowed to cause damage to the compound of the school

4....Fulani herders in the bush
These Fulani men come into the school compound even during school hours with the cows,knives and daggers and these children see all these things,how don't we expect the psychology of these children to be dampened?

5....no good building
At this point,I don't know what to say about the sorry state of the building and roofing

.....So exhausted and confused, i wander under the hot sun, straight to the bus stop to pick the next bus.
"What's your boyfriend getting for you this time"? Asked a girl i stood close to, waiting for the giant bus to arrive.
"You mean for Val?" replied her friend.
"What else, Val of course?"
Oh, I'm spending the whole day with him in his new apartment...and we're going to have whole lotta fun ... woohoo!, She replied in excitement.

Just then the bus arrived, we hopped in.
In my seat, my head was full of thoughts.
Oh it is finished! I uttered, just then... I was ready to hop out of the bus.
Walking two miles away, I met Jammie, hi stercy.... tomorrow is Val, and you know what that means....she blushed.
All day with my baby, she jubilated.
I guessed at her and shook my head in total dismay.

Well, Danny and I have decided to use tomorrow to touch lives and make some impacts.
