The s**t I'm on from 2019 to forever. Put yourself first, reject the bad energy in whatever form it takes and save your energy for those that can match yours. There may be people around you that don't understand or secretly want you not to glow up, there will be others baffled by the fact you no longer keep company with them. It is what it is, treat yourself as you would want to be treated and then KEEP IT MOVING. Remind yourself daily it's an act of self care to live this way, and forget seeking approval and validation from others, those invisible chains will stop you being your greatest version.
