That's the gist of a Comparably study, which revealed that 77% of men and 75% of women reported that political views do not impact their work relationships.

That's a good thing, according to experts who say, when it comes to work, politics are best left at the door. Good advice given the increased stressors of the pandemic.

Now what should we talk about at home?

Even in these times of great turmoil, I believe there is one thing we can get behind - the idea that while so many of us disagree fundamentally with each other, we also possess the powerful capability to connect successfully with others and forge positive bonds, despite our differences.

What we know:

-80% of young adults report significant depressors this year.

-Among them, those that exhibited a tendency toward caution in new situations, were more fearful or tended to avoid unfamiliar people and things will tend to lower tolerance levels to major stressors like COVID, according to National Institutes of Health (NIH)

It's an important distinction that will help us identify those most at risk, provide preventative tools and early treatments.
