TEAM LEADER | TECH SUPPORT



Job Summary:



We are seeking a Team Leader with a Tech Support background in home or kitchen appliances to join our call center. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled professionals in the aftersales or customer service department for a home appliances range such as tankless water heaters and air conditioners to electric fireplaces. Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.



Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of professionals involved in providing excellent customer service in home appliances.

Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and mentoring to enhance individual and collective productivity.

Identify process bottlenecks and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Foster a positive team culture by promoting teamwork, open communication, and professional development opportunities.

Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, initiatives, and performance expectations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Mandarin and Cantonese speaking is a PLUS

Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in the home appliances industry.

Strong knowledge of home appliances parts and accessories particularly water heaters and airconditioning

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools.
