“Say yes, figure out later.”
We don’t say it out loud often, but it’s the quiet heartbeat behind everything we’ve done for the past two years. It’s how a small bubble of an idea became Duckpeon. It’s how we went from figuring it out as we went to building a flock of 25+ creatives.
To celebrate completing these two years, we decided to give ourselves a small moment away from the usual chaos. We sat down together, not just as colleagues, but as a family around a hotpot.
Everyone made their own dishes, adding their own unique flavors and ingredients to the mix. Looking around that table, amidst the steam and the laughter, we realized: this is exactly what Duckpeon is all about. It’s about distinct individuals bringing their own spice, their own perspective, and their own magic to the table to create something far richer than any of us could make alone.
That shared belief in doing something new is what brought us here. And now, that same belief is taking us somewhere new.
