🚨Jose Mourinho: "I have watched AFCON more than European football. They are simply teaching us to be honest. In AFCON VAR is used exactly the way it should be used. They do not use it to help the money magnet teams or famous teams. This is why you saw the best out of every team . Because they know VAR is not hired behind the scenes but is for everyone. They listen even to their Players if the Ref missed something and go check. In Europe if I as a coach or a player plead with a ref to go check something, it is a red card for doing that. The headquarters for VAR needs to be in CAF"

Today, we will host yet another webinar on how youth can be proactive especially in avoiding violent conflicts rather than reacting to aftermath. The conversation will be hosted by our participant Doruba Judith who will be joined youth from media, arts and legal spaces Ggaba Joy, Deng Forbez and Duot Deng.

The conversation will be live on this page, via zoom and on Capital Fm 89.0 Juba at 7PM today.

Key question,

Why do you think youth as a big constituency in South Sudan wait for incidences to happen before reacting? How best can youth be engaged in early warning mechanisms to reduce tensions and avoid violent conflicts?

Tune in today...
