We're pleased to share that StoryCorps' Traffic Stop received a News & Documentary Emmy in the category "New Approaches, Arts, Lifestyles, & Culture" on Wednesday night.

In the animated short Traffic Stop, storyteller Alex Landau shares his story about his memorable, life-changing experience when he was stopped by Denver police in 2009. Alex's story adds to a current conversation in our culture about police relations in the U.S.
