StoryCorps Salem Starting Sunday August 2nd! New talk radio program on KMUZ 88.5 & 100.7 FM Every 1st & 3rd Sunday | 9-10am | Sharing & preserving our communities stories.

StoryCorps Salem is a part of the StoryCorp.me beta project and KMUZ.org. We started this station to provide the community of Salem a StoryCorps like experience. StoryCorps Salem' mission is to provide people of all backgrounds and beliefs with the opportunity to record, share, and preserve the stories of our lives. StoryCorps Salem is a very simple idea: You bring a loved one to our station, a re

lative or a friend or even someone you just met, that you want to get to know better. And for 40 minutes you just talk. Most people ask the big life questions; How do you want to be remembered? What are the most important lessons learned in life? What did your Grandmother sing to you as a child? It's all about experiencing a strong connection and sharing stories with each other and with our community. We all want to know that our lives matter and that we will not be forgotten. StoryCorp Salem is dedicated to preserve the stories of Salem. StoryCorps Salem is part of the Moxie Initiative and a radio talk show on KMUZ.org.
