Dear bookers. If you book a DJ to play Techno, then you must know, that Techno is a bass related Genre! If you have a sh*tty Sound-System or Neighbors who will not tolerate a constant beat from the bass, and it will clearly go through the walls, believe me, then forget about a Techno Party. It will kill the vibe cutting away the bass from proper Techno. Some Tech-House Tracks can do pretty fine without good bass, but not the majority. I have run into several situations, being asked to play a hard and pounding set. When I then played the set, I felt like an orchestra where you just took away all the brass instruments. There is simply an important part missing. Your guests will get pi**ed and constantly come running to me, getting on my nerves to turn up the bass. As if I was stupid and wouldn't be pi**ed by the situation enough anyway. So, do yourself a favor and be realistic. If you can't provide proper sound, don't disappoint your guests and ruin the party, just don't host it or promote it differently. Afterall it will stick to you in the long term, and it will to me too. Therefore, it is a must to ask for the type of sound system and the environment in the future. Sadly, I have to publish this, as it seems to occur again and again.

After fighting my biases on other genres it is an honor for me to be in contact and exchange to a world-class DJ for some individual mentorship. This is an awesome experience. Of course, no doubt, the Techno Scene, and networks I have are very important for me. New Equipment is on the way and I will enhance my co-op with Nakt and other Labels, Clubs and Eventsmanagers.

Due to an NDA I can't go further into detail, but what I have been experiencing in the last few days is awesome. Thanks for your support and I would love to see you at one of the upcoming parties.
