Gene Mueller has announced his retirement from WTMJ for February 2022 after more than 40 years in Milwaukee radio. We remember him best as part of the Reitmann and Mueller radio show on WKTI for so many years. He also spent time at WQFM before WKTI. A Milwaukee radio legend and one of our all-time favorite DJs, Ernie G, has passed away. Ernie G was on Milwaukee stations beginning in the 1970s until just a few years ago. He had multiple stints on WNOV and was also heard on WAWA and WMCS over the years. Listening to Ernie G's show always put us in a good mood. Here is an Ernie G aircheck on WNOV from the late 1980s.
