Thank you to everyone that came through to the Keep On Movin Jam. Shout out to everyone who contributed to make it a day for Hip Hop Culture and commUNITY. Let’s keep the essence alive and not forget why we got into this culture in the first place.
Shout out to all the MCs that blessed the mic, DJs that kept the vibe going, Writers that killed it on the walls, Dancers who put it all on the floor and the EOTO Band who brought the funk! There were families with children, kids learning how to paint/dance, older generations exchanging with younger ones and people building new connections! That’s what’s up and what made the jam so special. 51 years and counting.
Special thanks goes to the EPIC & HipHopera Family who were helping out before, during and after the jam. You know who you are!

Bad Taste Cru are a pioneering UK Hip Hop Theatre company, battle cru, and collective of teachers, Djs, MCs, graff writers, skaters and other artists. Founded by Bboy P, in 1995, BTC became primarily a Bboy cru in 1998. Originally based in Omagh, Northern Ireland, the cru have since relocated to Newcastle Upon Tyne, North East England. BTC have organised the legendary and have always had the each one, teach one mentality passing it on to the next generation with the birth of who have been representing in different corners.

We’ve got Mouse that’ll be joining us for the Keep On Moving Jam! Straight outta the Philippines representing and also founder of a Hip Hop project called - he’ll be getting down and also teaching a breaking workshop at 1pm. You don’t want to miss this one!
Ereson Catipon AKA Mouse, the six finger wizard, is the 2006 World B-Boy Champion having won the tough solo battle at the UK B-Boy Championships World Finals held at Brixton Academy. He was also a runner up in the 2008 finals, losing out narrowly at the last hurdle. Known for his smooth and funky style, Ereson ‘Mouse’ Catipon began bboying when he moved to England from the Philippines in 1996. Mouse is an original member of the highly acclaimed Funkstylerz UK dance company and B-Boy Allstars. He is also part of the theatre show ‘Life of a Bboy’ which he co-wrote and choreographed with Funkstylerz UK. In 2016, Mouse started Kapayapaan Project with the vision to uplift the lives of street children by providing free weekend schooling and breakdance lessons as a way to reinforce positive movement in slum areas within Metro Manila.

Da Rhida is a Hip-Hop activist. He started rapping and breakin in 1997, and never stopped since. Originally from Bourgogne, he moved to Nantes for the love of Hip-Hop. Former member of “Les Saigneurs du Micro” et “Bourguidown Productions”, he joined the “KLP” crew in Nantes in 2010, after he met the members in the Bronx, NYC, during a trip in the USA. He’s also a member of the “Supreme Beingz” dance squad and part of the .asso that’s been recently organising jams in Nantes.

Logic is an Artist and an Activist. Labeled as a rapper by society, Logics ambition is to promote a positive message through his music. Born and raised in Brixton, South London, Logic became of age in a poverty driven environment and it is this theme which becomes the basis for the powerful imagery evoked in much of his music.
We’re looking forward to having him join us at the jam. Let’s keep spreading the positive message and truth to the people.

We’re happy to announce our first invite, who’ll be on the wheels of steel at Keep On Moving Jam!
been spinning for over 25 years and has shared stages with DJ icons such as Grandmaster Flash and Jazzy Jeff, and supported Hip Hop groups such as Wu-Tang Clan and The Roots. Sarah is the only female in the history of the MOBO Awards to be nominated ‘BEST DJ’ — a recognition she has received twice. She was headhunted by BBC Radio to present the ‘Friday Night Hip Hop Mix Show’ and their ‘Weekend Wake-Up Show’, where she received global prestige as one of the few female specialists in radio worldwide at the time, and the first woman to have a nationwide broadcast Hip Hop show in the UK. Sarah has interviewed the biggest names in Hip Hop. From Waka Flocka Flame right through to DJ Premier. While living in New York she co-hosted NYC’s ‘Squeeze Radio Show’ on WKCR — formerly known as the legendary ‘Stretch & Bobbito Show’.
