NEW EPISODE IS OUT! Thatâs right, this week you get two amazing podcast episodes.
In todayâs episode of the , we are joined by Dr. Mel Davis, , with a PhD in Neurobiology and Behavior, who debunked a lot of the information presented as fact in the movie, âThe Game Changersâ. ... I still refuse to call it a documentary, as it was presented, because almost everyone associated with creating the biased movie has a vegan business or productđ¤ˇđźââď¸ ...in my opinion.
As Dr. Davis, who writes the Vegan Templates for , and does have a financial interest in the Vegan diet and makes âa lot of profit off of itâ states on this episode, âThey had a chance to do something really right and explain how you can be an athlete and be vegan...INSTEAD they went the other way...full propaganda.â And to her and me for that matter, âThe overarching issue with the movie is that they very heavily imply that veganism will make you a better athlete, and not being vegan will make you unhealthy and not as good at athletics. It was so heavily implied that, thereâs no one who watched it that didnât get that message.â
This is certainly NOT an Anti-Vegan podcast. I respect whatever decisions or lifestyles you choose.
In fact, I ask plenty of questions in here for my vegan crowd that wants to learn more about how to do that lifestyle correctly.
We talk about lowering the risk of heart disease and cancer, as well as building new habits towards a healthier lifestyle.
Oh yeah, and if you watched the movie, we hit on the information presented on...endothelial function with the âBurrito Testâ, s*x hormones with the âErection Testâ đ¤Śđźââď¸, and the issues with the vegan football players and their food choices...to say the least.
Dr. Davis lays out some very well researched information, removes the bias, and clears the air on a lot of questions you may have had about âThe Game Changersâ movie.
