Stay hard! If you wanna watch tv that’s fine. But when commercials come on knock out as many push-ups, sit-ups, burpees, floor sprits, etc. I knock out 50-60 push-ups with 30-50 sit-ups every episode. So translation about 150-250 push-ups and sit-ups a day. Stay focused! Stay hard! Be the only!
