Rest In Peace Mama Evelyn B. Herrera

As the first grandson, the passing of my beloved grandmother marked a profound and somber chapter in my life. I lived with my grandmother for 10 years, i always love my Grandmother all the time especially when i was a little kid. I always have a huge love of my family because they will never leave my side. Mama Evelyn was my guiding light when my parents are not around,
My Grandmother got cancer during her vacation to Australia to meet her other grandchildren (my cousins), it was a good thing that she went to Australia that time because their are only a few people in their home. My sister and I prayed that Mama Evelyn will be okay because it is heartbreaking to lose someone you love, especially in an old age. During on November 13, 2023 at 8:00pm, my sister and I heard the news that we didnt expect to happen, my Grandmother passed away at the time 8:00pm (Philippine time) or 11:00pm (Australia time). I dont know what to say but i felt very sad, my sister cried. While im feeling sad during 11pm, my cousin called and he cried that Mama Evelyn is dead. We all felt sad about what she is going through. Our hearts wont forget Mama Evelyn, It was a blessing that Mama Evelyn lived a very long life. Now Mama Evelyn is now in heaven, its a very good thing that she wont feel any pain anymore, its good that Jesus Christ will always be her side. My Grandmother had a tough battle of cancer, she was strong, gifted, and blessed. I am so grateful about the good memories, joy, and laughter. If she is still alive, our laughter and joy will continue for years. Its hard to say goodbye to the person we love, but they will never leave our side.
