What happened on the downtown bound B train today at Grand ST was expected. I don’t know why the victim didn’t inform the train driver that the criminal was spitting on him and asked him to move to other seat. After hearing the noise the train driver came out to see what’s going since they were on the first car of the train. Train driver asked the criminal to put his mask on, and the criminal replied, “I already have or I will something similar.” Then the train driver started to drive again. I don’t know why the victim didn’t inform about the situation to the train driver. I ain’t sure if the victim was too nervous that he wasn’t sure whether to inform the driver or nor.The Criminal was telling all bullsh*ts to the victims. I didn’t hear everything clearly since I seated little far from them, but one thing I did hear that the criminal was saying something to the victim, “come out I will show you.” If I ain’t wrong, all these started from West 4. However, the victim didn’t get off. He was waiting for his stop to get off. As soon as the victim got off at Grand ST, the criminal followed and attacked him. Then I ran and knocked the train’s door and informed that he attacked. The train driver called police, but it was late. He already damaged his left eye and it was bleeding so badly. After few minutes NYPD arrived, but the criminal left the station. There was a lady on that train. She was getting off, she told the driver that if he had taken a step before that wouldn’t happen. I agree with her, but at the same time I disagree because he wasn’t sure what was going. Very importantly no one complained to him about the situation not even the victim. I think victim didn’t think it would go that far. But I didn’t like one thing about the driver, when the lady was talking with him, he was saying something, “then I have to call for everything argument that occurs on the train.” Ofc, you have to if you are aware of the situation.
