#Empathy & #Sympathy are the WORDS of the DAY!!!!
Most well-rounded beings have both in decent supply.
However, from my experiences, a showing of sympathy isn't always authentic—nor is assuming that any being or group doesn't have any empathetic sensibilities because of how you may initially FEEL that they should react and respond to distressful matters outside of themselves.
Not saying you should stay on guard forever but.......VERIFY their intentions by allowing them to do what they do.
Secondly, when possible, communicate in a way that lacks dismissiveness; but clear enough to establish boundaries.
And LASTLY, if all else fails, just act accordingly to how you would like to be treated because that's when it will be shown what they would RATHER do.
For better or worse, stay GROUNDED as much as possible so you won't be washed away by torrents of unchecked emotions by you or people you interact with on a empathetic level.

Everyone communicates differently!!!
And with understanding that particular fact, there's no singularly strict way to get your proverbial POINTS across the same way multiple times in a healthy & productive manner.
But sometimes........there's just some people that don't comprehend certain things well—no matter how TACTFUL you can be.
But breakthroughs DO HAPPEN!! For better or worse. With that being said, I do my utmost to present effective communication wherever my voice extends.

The WORD of the DAY—#Closure.
Like many things bought in a store, the concept of #ShelfLife extends beyond product viability. It permeates all interactions and obligations as well.
And it is NOT HEALTHY to dwell upon situation dynamics that are NOT within your explicit control.
Anything outside of your OWN SELF (ideological, emotional; etc.) that you're looking to ultimately control (in ANY capacity)—is essentially #PUPPETEERING.
And if remotely possible, remove THYSELF from such beings and environments—as much as possible!!!

Distractions have their PURPOSE, but much of what that becomes is essentially a form of, #emotionalgarbage🗑—as it was told to me by a rather confused Tiger 🐅 Lady some time ago.
But THAT'S a whole other story!!!
Anyways, attention and focus can be misdirected—and much like a crossed wire—can cause MUCH damage if it stays in that same configuration.
So change your mental configuration and don't dwell on things you can't change. Because there's BETTER things to invest your precious TIME ⌚ upon!!

#Nothingness—a concept purported by my many schools of thought as basically—#ControlledDetachment.
And sometimes...... it's GOOD to have a day that you don't do TOO MUCH of anything. Ideally, removing certain distractions seems very particular to do......but it's DOABLE!!!
Occasional resets are very necessary—just like any CPU if you leave it on for long periods of time.

As much as we deal or not deal with on a REGULAR BASIS—including what we choose to SLEEP on as Dream Fuel & next day #TopicFodder, resting upon any misgivings is just as BAD as eating Ice Cream or anything that can cause unnecessary amounts of mucus to be produced. And like too much mucus—it NEEDS to be EXPELLED!!!
