🍪🧁 New tasty video coming in hot and fresh!!! 🥧🥖
Recently we had the absolute pleasure of working to create a series of promotional videos for a bi-annual virtual event called The Bake Fest, which is the premier virtual baking event in America. For anyone out there looking to step up their baking game, learn from industry insiders, brush up on business trends or just simply connect with like-minded bakers from across the country; this virtual event is for you!! There next event is coming up May 18th and 19th. Visit https://www.thebakefest.com/ for more info.
The scope of this project included a full length 2 minute long promo video (which you see below), a shortened 30 second promo video, and 3 targeted social cuts for bakers with different experience levels and backgrounds. We also resized every video to include 16x9, 1x1 and 9x16 aspect ratios so that no matter where the videos were published they would be optimized for that social channel's native format. Finally, we filmed three virtual interviews with Stefani Pollack, the event's Founder and Owner, and two other past attendees to capture the excitement and joy that is The Bake Fest. And although these interviews were primarily shot for this promo, we were able to capture enough moments to supplement content for other future campaigns - maximizing their investment and getting more baking bang for their baking bucks! 💥💰🍪
The collaborative process with Founder and Owner, Stefani Pollack, and Content Strategist and Copywriter, Nicole Krupela, could not have been more enjoyable. Together, we worked to integrate their updated branding and messaging into the script and design elements so that the videos would perfectly align with the rest of there campaign. We couldn't have asked for a lovelier partnership, and we can't wait to collaborate again in the future! Best of luck for much success! Bakers, unite! ✊👩🍳🧁

We have so much fun on our shoots with KVG 🏒🥅
Getting ready to start the work week reminded me of this quirky habit I had way back when I first started film school. Any time I was on a set I would turn my hat around backwards, as sort of a ceremonial gesture of getting myself pumped up and ready to make content. For all those Millennials and Gen-Xers out there, this might sound familiar. I stole this move directly from the movie "Over the Top" starring Sly Stallone. Such a terrible movie in the best possible way. My partner Macy Harrell and I joke about it on a weekly basis.
What do you do to get yourself motivated? As Kenny Loggins would say, 🎶Meet me halfway, across the sky...🎶...and leave a comment below. 💪

Share Trans Stories of Joy and Advocacy
We are a Midwest video production company with big hearts and big plans to help our communities heal, grow, and thrive through the medium of video. As parents of young children, and as involved community members in the city of St. Louis, we know how important it is to have a community around you and a safe space to live, work, and play. Many parents and community members in our state have not felt welcome or safe due to the recent onslaught of legislation restricting trans care in our state. We have been working to give voice to those that need it and share stories to help change minds and open hearts. We are putting together stories of trans advocacy, joy, and normalization to share with our friends, families, and communities across Missouri.
Excited for our latest collaboration with Kane Van Gate! Chris is in his happy place. Macy is just happy to be here. 🏒 ✨
What's up Internet? If you don't already know me, my name is Chris Pickup. It is with great excitement and gratitude that I have the pleasure to announce a newly formed partnership with one of my best friends; the immensely talented, resilient, kind hearted - and just overall one of the most badass women I've ever met on this planet, Macy Harrell!! Together, we have re-branded RDLV Films as RAD LOVE, a full service video production company.
About a month ago, Macy and I were working together at our 3rd or 4th (I lost count) job together, when we were presented with yet another "opportunity" to choose a different career path. It didn't take long before we looked at each other and almost immediately knew - this time was going to be different. RDLV Films (the partnership rebranding) was born - with a new meaning (RAD LOVE), a new slogan (Radical Love. Radical Kindness. Radical Content.), and a new vision for the future - to do meaningful work with authenticity and purpose. We want to tell stories that not only have an impact on the bottom line, but also have an impact on the people and businesses and communities that trust us to tell their stories. We want to lead with passion, with the highest quality creative, and with a mission to develop long lasting relationships with clients and fellow creatives who we have the privilege to work with and to work for. I invite all of you to join Macy and I on this new journey and I also invite you to follow our page, RDLV Films. Thank you all, and Let's get radical!!
😎 🎥 ❤️
P.S. - Yes, I am a Costco member. Don't act like you're not impressed. 😆

We are on week 5 of RDLV Films, the partnership rebranded, and it's been awesome. RDLV Films now stands for RAD LOVE. I'm a millennial and we seem to love taking the vowels out of words, maybe because they're too expensive because on Wheel of Fortune, you have to buy them. I don't know, we're a frugal group, we've been through a lot. RDLV Films now stands for Radical love! Radical kindness, radical concepts, radical content. Let's get radical. I have decided to join forces with my friend and 3x colleague, Chris Pickup! We are an Emmy Award winning production team that’s nimble enough to meet businesses where they are. I’ve been leading teams in the digital marketing space for the past five years and I really care about my clients, my give a SH&$T factor is high. So your success is my success. And if you're happy, I'm happy.
I started this company in 2012 with wedding videos. I've always had a passion for storytelling and telling the story of couples was how I first got into the video industry. Since then, I've edited for HGTV shows produced commercials for global markets, local broadcast spots, star filled stadium series, a weekly vlog that had over 19,000 followers before it ended. That's a whole other story. It's fun. I won 2 Emmys and I met a lot of really talented creatives in St. Louis. I am so excited to be able to work with them in this new journey as well as all the fabulous companies, brands, marketers and creatives in this community. Chris Pickup is one of these talented creatives that helped me on a lot of Emmy nominated projects, and Emmy award winning projects is pickup. He's a super talented editor, producer, director, animator, and with our powers combined, we can take care of a lot of different video needs! Wether you need to do a digital campaign, or you just know you need to make video but you don't know what you want to make. We can help you with that. We do creative, consulting, video production, editing, animation. We can help you from c
