In an election, that’s going to be determined by just a few votes, your vote matters, your donation matters, your call to friend in a swing state matters, knocking on doors in a key district matters. It’s time to rise up and reject and repudiate Trump once and for all.
The forces of hate and chaos want us to be confused and demoralized so we don’t act.
If 10% of us who are feeling demoralized just take action, we will defeat Trump in a landslide.
All I can control is what I do.
Be part of that 10% that makes all the difference.
Be part of changing this from a razor thin election to another overwhelming rejection of Trump’s lies and hatred.
The election is only going to be close because of the racist and rigged electoral college.
If we lived in a “one-person one-vote democracy” Trump would never have a chance of stealing an election because he is so wildly unpopular with the American people.
The democracy is rigged in favor of the few and the powerful.
The economy is rigged in favor of the few and the powerful.
And even though the game is rigged, the only way they can control the outcome is if they keep us confused and demoralized.
If only one out 10 of us who feels demoralized reclaims our power and sees the trick, they are trying to play on us, then scales shift fundamentally towards the will of people in the majority.
We do have the power to create a better future.
All the little things add up and make the difference:
We can do this!
I’m doing my little part.
Join me by committing to do yours
Together, we are unbeatable.
“So give yourself a break. Step off the emotional roller coaster. If you want to do something to affect the election, donate money or time in a swing state — ideally to a state party or down-ballot race, where your efforts will go further — or volunteer in a local race. Call anyone in your life who might actually be undecided or might not be registered to vote or might not make it to the polls. And then let go. There’s nothing more you can do, and nothing more the polls can do for you.” Ezra Kline
