We are thrilled to extend an exclusive opportunity to you and your family to become one of the foundational members of the Trubian Village Tribal Society Cultural Ministry. This unique, limited opportunity is open to only 144 families who will play a pivotal role in shaping our community’s future.
As a member of the 144 Families, you will be a shareholder and beneficiary of the Trubian Village Choctaw Tribal Trust, joining a community dedicated to celebrating our rich cultural heritage and fostering economic prosperity. By pledging your support, you will help us create a vibrant marketplace and cultural entertainment center that will serve as the heart of our community.

Why Join the 144 Families?
Trubian Village Tribal Land Investment Group: Through membership dues, families become shareholders in the Trubian Village Tribal Land Investment Group. This entitles each family to:
A quarter-acre residential lot.
Utility services including solar power, water, and sewage.
Benefits from tribal land revenue and acquisitions.

Pledge Registration Process
Step 1: Complete the Registration Form

Tribal Business Workshop
Fill out the registration forms and participate in the workshops to join the 144 Families. Provide all necessary details about your family and contact information.
Step 2: Pay the Registration Fee
Submit a non-refundable registration fee of $575. This fee secures your family’s spot in the limited 144 Families initiative.
Step 3: Confirmation and Welcome Package
Once your registration is processed, you will receive a confirmation email along with a welcome package detailing the next steps and benefits of being a part of the Trubian Village community.
Step 4: Pledge Commitment
Upon reaching 144 registered families, you will be prompted to start your monthly pledge of $175. This collective effort will generate a monthly community budget of $25,200, enabling us to acquire and develop a venue for the Trubian Village Marketplace & Cultural Entertainment Center.
Overview After Registration
Collective Monthly Budget: 144 x $175 = $25,200
Activation: No funds will be collected until all 144 members have pledged.
Venue Acquisition: Once all pledges are secured, the trust will begin acquiring a venue to facilitate the Trubian Village Marketplace & Cultural Entertainment Center.

144 x $175 = $25,200 Monthly Community Budget
Overview:
144 x $175 = $25,200 Monthly Community Budget: The initiative begins with the first 144 families pledging $175 per month, creating a collective monthly budget of $25,200. These families will be community shareholders and beneficiaries of the Trubian Village Choctaw Tribal Trust. No funds will be collected until all 144 families have pledged, at which point the bank will be activated, allowing the trust to begin acquiring land in the Antelope Valley.
Community Initiative:
1. Weekly Saturday Black Family Cultural Festivals: A community gathering designed to strengthen bonds and celebrate our shared heritage.
2. Land Acquisition: The systematic purchase of land in the Antelope Valley.
3. Development: Building farm villages, community cultural centers, and business hubs.
Investing Members (Trust Beneficiaries):
1. Fees: Investing members, known as "Trust Beneficiaries," contribute $175 monthly dues, making each family eligible for a quarter-acre lot and a home ranging from a standard one-bedroom, one-bath to a four-bedroom, two-bath residence.
2. Monthly Utility & Maintenance Fees: Once lots are ready for occupancy, members pay $600 per month for water, electricity, sewage, and community maintenance services.
Membership Benefits:
1. Free Family Burial Rites: Includes tribal burial rites and services, preserving cultural traditions.
2. Residential Lot: Each family is entitled to a quarter-acre residential lot.
3. Utility Services: Access to solar power, water, and sewage services.
4. Revenue Benefits: Participation in tribal land revenue and acquisitions.
5. Land Revenue Sharing: Investing members share in land revenue.
Antelope Valley Black Community Family Initiative: Urban Star Media, in partnership with the Antelope Valley Trubian Village Tribal Society, introduces the Antelope Valley Black Community Family Initiative. This initiative is dedicated to uniting the Black community by establishing positive social and cultural traditions under the guiding principle of 'Family First,' promoting unity, pride, and collective well-being.
Key Initiative: Weekly Saturday Family Social Fest
Opening Ceremony (9:30 AM - 10:30 AM): Includes a prayer to the Great Spirit and libation to the Ancestors, led by a Trubian Village Tribal Society Cultural Minister (Yahba or Yahma).
Community Leadership Meeting (10:30 AM - 11:30 AM): Leaders discuss community business, fostering transparent governance.
Community Entertainment & Vendors (12:00 PM): Local businesses showcase their products, with vendors contributing a $25 donation each week they participate.
Community Meal (3:00 PM): A free meal prepared by community-certified cooks, supported by community donations.
Through these events and ongoing initiatives, we aim to acquire land and establish self-sustaining multiple-family farm villages with medical centers, schools, and businesses, uniting Black families to build thriving communities.
